We do not accept free software licences in exchange for favourable coverage. Where we have obtained evaluation copies of software for testing purposes, this is noted in the relevant review. Receiving an evaluation copy does not affect our editorial independence or our scoring methodology.

Accuracy and Currency of Information
We make every effort to ensure the information on this site is accurate at the time of publication. Antivirus products update frequently — pricing changes, features are added or removed, and detection capabilities evolve.
