What we respond to

Factual corrections get priority — if we've got something wrong, we want to know as soon as possible so we can fix it and note the correction clearly.

We also welcome review requests for products we haven't covered, reader questions about specific security situations, and feedback on the site generally.

What we don't respond to:

Requests to adjust review scores, guest post pitches, link exchange offers, or PR enquiries from antivirus vendors. Our reviews aren't for sale and our inbox isn't for pitching.

We typically reply within 3-5 business days. We can't provide individual security advice or help you troubleshoot specific malware infections — for that, we'd recommend the Malwarebytes community forums, which are excellent and free.
